This class uses short burst of maximal effort, high intensity movements. Carefully designed to raise your heart rate quickly, but in a safe efficient manor. 

We use a combination of cardiovascular and resistance training exercises in order to give you a total full body experience. This is the class for you if you are looking for the ultimate blend of fat burning, complete endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
