Terms & Conditions
Your agreement with us is made up of your completed and purchased sessions/classes under these terms and conditions. These documents together form an agreement between yourself and BeZu Fitness Studios.
Purchasing Sessions and Bookings
Session purchases can be made on-line or in person at the front desk of the facility.
Session bookings must be made via the BeZu APP or with BeZu staff who will contact you.
When you purchase your session, you can request your preferred choice of Personal Trainer, however, we cannot always guarantee your first choice. You will be contacted within 24 hours of your purchase and we will inform you if we are able to accommodate your request or, alternatively, to discuss your personal goals and to allocate a Personal Trainer.
Payments
All payments can be made in person at the front desk of the facility or on-line.
All payments must be made in full prior to any sessions being undertaken.
If you purchase sessions in person, you will receive a receipt for any payment of sessions you make. If you purchase online this agreement will be on the App.
Cancellations Policy
Clients are requested to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Cancellation should be made by telephone on 01372602600 or by email info@bezu.co.uk
The full fee is charged for APPOINTMENTS ( Beauty Treatments, Personal Training) that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
The full fee is charged for CLASSES that are missed or cancelled with less than 12 hours notice.
If BeZu LTD fails to give you 24 hours prior notice of any cancellation, you will be entitled to 1 extra hour session, in addition to the session you missed.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice of any cancellation for Personal Training sessions and a minimum of 12 hours notice for any class cancellations. This can be made directly through the facility. If you do not provide a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice, you may lose that session and no refund will be made to you.
Any rearranged cancelled sessions will be at a time mutually agreed between you and the Personal Trainer/Beauty Therapist and or BeZu Fitness Studios Ltd.
Lateness
If your Trainer is more than 10 minutes late for your session you will be entitled to a complimentary session, along with any remaining time you still have for that session.
If you are late for your session/treatment, your session/treatment will be reduced in accordance with that time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your Trainer/Therapist may choose to cancel the session and you may lose that session, in which case no refund will be made.
Expiry and Extensions
All Training pack purchase options have an expiry time frame, after which time any unused sessions will be lost and no refund will be made. This is to ensure we deliver all your required sessions to enable you to achieve your goals. If you are unsure whether you can commit to using all sessions within the specified time frame, we urge you to buy a single class.
You may extend all Training packs for between one month and 12 full calendar months for the following reasons only – Pregnancy Serious illness Serious injury Redundancy
Any other extensions are entirely at the discretion of the club’s director.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Personal Trainer, you may transfer to another Personal Trainer at any given time. In all circumstances, any sessions used with the previous Personal Trainer remain used.
Refunds
If for any medical reason you are no longer able to complete any Personal Training sessions, you will be given a refund on any outstanding sessions. We may ask for you to provide evidence of this from your GP.
If your Personal Trainer leaves the club, no refund will be given, and you will be assigned another Personal Trainer by the club.
Any other refunds are at the discretion of the company’s director.
We cannot refund any partially used Class Packs or Personal Training Packs.
Pricing
Our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Patch Testing
A patch test is required at least 24-48 hrs prior to having any of the following treatments- Brow/Lash Tinting, Brow/Lash Lifting.
Medical Conditions
You must inform your Trainer/Therapist of any medical conditions/medications, during the consultation prior to your session/treatment taking place, to ensure you are deemed suitable.
A client consultation will be carried out on your first visit to ensure your safety.
We reserve the right to turn away any client or find an alternative session/treatment for anyone who is deemed unsuitable based on their medical history/medication.
You must inform your Trainer/Therapist of any changes to your medical history.
Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership
The membership is personal, and cannot be shared.
Payment
The Member is responsible for the payment of the membership. This is true even if the amount is debited directly by BeZu. The agreed price only applies if the Member pays according to the agreed conditions. If the payment is late the member will receive a reminder email from BeZu and access may be suspended. The membership continues to run even if the access is suspended. If after 30 days the amount is still not paid the Member is in violation of the contract and the total outstanding amount of the contract will be due. BeZu may transfer the case to a debt collector, which will add additional fees.
Monthly payment or pro rata amount and any sign-up fee are paid at the point of this agreement. The Member has given approval for an automatic debit from his/her account or card. Please see the Renewal/Cancellation section below for details on our cancellation policy.
Satisfaction
During 7 days from the start of the membership, the Member can cancel their membership free of charge, and if not satisfied by the quality of service promised to the individual, they can ask for a refund.
Sessions
Small Group Training sessions must be used within the month, any sessions not used cannot be carried over into the following month and will therefore be lost. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the start time and date may also be lost.
Participants on a Silver membership are entitled to attend up to 2 classes per week with a maximum of 8 classes per calendar month. Those on a Gold membership are entitled to attend up to 3 classes per week, with a maximum of 12 classes per calendar month.
Membership Tier (Upgrading/Downgrading)
Memberships can be upgraded at any time. However should a downgrade be required, 30 working days’ notice is required before the next payment is due.
Membership Renewal, Cancelation & Freezing
We require one full months notice in writing, before cancelling your membership by sending an email to bezu@info.co.uk (i.e. if notice is given on 14th March, your notice period will begin from the 1st April, with your last full payment on 1st May and your membership ending on 31st May).
It is possible under exceptional circumstances to cancel the membership due to medical reasons, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
Freezing Memberships: We require 2 weeks written notice to freeze your membership. The minimum and maximum amount you can freeze any membership is for 1 month. After the 1 month freeze, payment will re-continue. If you wish to cancel your membership during this period (i.e if you cancel on the 14th of August your last payment will be 1st of September as you need to give at least 1 month’s notice as stated above.)
The membership entails a two-year commitment, which will automatically renew after 24 months, but can be terminated at any time with a four-week advance written notice period. Notices should be emailed to the front of house at info@bezu.co.uk
Suspension/Termination of membership
If the Member behaves in a way that breaches the code of conduct membership can be suspended or terminated at management’s sole discretion.
Price Changes
All prices are fixed for the duration of a membership. Any price changes will be communicated at least one month prior to implementation.
Waiver of liability
Any and all use of the BeZu facilities shall be at Member’s own risk at all times. The Member shall not utilise any equipment unless he/she knows the appropriate usage. BeZu shall not be liable for any injuries, physical impact or damages to the Member, or the property of the Member, or be subject to any claim arising out of the use of the premises and/or of the equipment made available to the users.
Health
The Member confirms that he/she does not suffer from health problems that would hinder exercise or prevent him/her from engaging in exercise, or that would be detrimental or adverse to the Member’s health, safety or physical condition if he/she did exercise. In case of any doubt, the Member shall seek advice by a medical doctor who should confirm the ability to exercise. BeZu shall have no obligation to perform a fitness assessment or similar testing to determine the Member’s physical condition. If an assessment is done at BeZu, it is for the sole purpose of compiling comparative data in order to track the Member’s progress in a programme and not for diagnostic purposes.
