Hatha Yoga

INSTRUCTOR: AMANDA HARVEY

This class is predominantly Hatha Yoga and focuses on the strengthening element of Yoga.

The slower pace of the class is ideal to unwind. Hold your postures with more depth and feel your muscles breath in as you feel your body sit into the pose. 

This is a great low-impact class to increase muscle tone and stability.

VINYASA YOGA
(OPEN LEVEL)

This Vinyasa Yoga class is dynamic and creative, offering you the opportunity to expand and build on your existing level of Yoga. Vinyasa is a style of Yoga where one pose flows into the next in a strong sequence linking movement to breath. 

The benefits of this dynamic practice includes improved strength, balance and flexibility. This open level class is accessible to everyone from beginners to advance practitioners. Variations are given so you can challenge yourself or take it easy, depending on how you feel.

Pilates: Strength & Stability

INSTRUCTOR: VIRGINIE BUCKINGHAM

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

This class ads weights and resistance to your Pilates practice which is a must for creating a well-balanced toned and strong body.
