LIFT is carefully programmed in order to guide people of all abilities through a suitable resistance training session. Each attendee had their own space with our bespoke portable lifting racks with a barbell and auxiliary equipment.

This 60 minute class will take focus on a major compound exercise for a month, in order for you to progress each session. This is then followed by 3 complimentary exercises and core work. 

Finally the session ends with 10 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training to get the heart rate up and get your cardio fix!
