LIFT is carefully programmed in order to guide people of all abilities through a suitable resistance training session. Each attendee has their own space with our bespoke portable lifting racks with a barbell and auxiliary equipment.
In LIFT training sessions, we focus on compound exercises carefully curated to fortify strength, emphasizing multi-joint movements that synergistically target major muscle groups and foster substantial muscular development.
You will focus each month on a particular movement where you will track your progress as your strength increases.
Finally, the session ends with 10 minutes of High-Intensity Interval Training to get the heart rate up and get your cardio fixed!
