Small Group Training sessions are ideal for those looking for structured session that come in 4-week cycles to ensure you build your training experience over time.

With our Small Group Training Membership, gain access to the following sessions on an unlimited basis. 
Each month, the SGT timetable will feature a different class that members can attend as part of their membership.

Each class welcomes 4 to 8 trainees only, ensuring the classes take on an almost semi-private feel where the trainer can guide you through successful training.

HIIT

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

Instructed by Phillip Pullen and Laura Hayes, HIIT is an individual sessions where you have your own large area and equipment suited for you to complete your session. The workout is full of bursts of high intensity activity using a mix of resistance and aerobics training followed by periods of short rest, makes it ideal routine addition to help maintain great heart health. 

Every HIIT session is carefully programmed to stimulate your metabolic system.

LIFT

STRENGTH & WEIGHT TRAINING

LIFT is one of our most popular SGT sessions guided by our Head of Fitness, Phillip Pullen. It involves high calorie burning and muscle building.

Work with a range of weights under the guidance of the trainer. Each class provides an individual space for everyone in our X-Space Studio to train at their own rhythm all the while pushing their own personal boundaries.

You have your own barbell, weights and ancillary equipment. Each session has been programmed to focus on a large movement and few other focused movements to produce muscle definition and weight loss.

X-BOX

BOX THE BURN AWAY

Boxing as we know it isn’t just bell dings and square rings, but a great fitness exercise to incorporate into your schedule to let out steam at the end of the day. 

SGT X-BOX is a 45-minute individual session where you have your own large area and personal boxing bag, speed ball and ancillary equipment. 

Each session is programmed to teach you boxing skills and give you the fitness results that follow.

TRX

SUSPENSION TRAINING

A 6 person session which uses the TRX suspension trainer. The session is programmed and designed to work your core while activating large muscle groups. 

It’s a great workout to burn calories and tone different body areas.

TONE AND IMPROVE

SGT DEFINE is an individual session programmed and designed to define the right muscles of your body. 

This will help you tone by targeting a specific area all the while giving you a full body workout. This session is guided by our instructor Laura Hayes.

WEEKLY WELLNESS

Led by our Barre expert, Sina Barnett, RECHARGE is a weekly wellness session programmed to stretch and recharge the whole body following your the other SGT sessions you participate in. 

It is a 45 minute session ideal for those who need to give their muscles some care and relax their minds ahead of another week of SGT.
